Admission Requirements
International students wishing to obtain Entry Clearance before
coming to the foreign countries, the following guidelines
have been drawn up after consultation with Embassy officials:
Visit the Respective Embassy/High Commission in person and
take the following documents with you:
- Letter of Admission Acceptance from the College which states
that tuition fees have been received by the College and a
place reserved on the course.
- Original certificates / diplomas / degrees.
- Two sets of photocopies of No.1.
- Report of IELTS / TOEFL (if applicable)
- Six passport size recent photographs (preferably colored)
- Passport and two sets of photocopies. (also old passports)
- National I.D. Card and two photocopies.
- Itemized bank statement of your bank account (if you are
sponsoring your self)
- Itemized bank statement of your fathers bank account
(if he is sponsoring you).
(Bank statements should cover the past 12 months. A bank certificate
is not acceptable. All cheque and deposit books are also required)
- Evidence of income from business, employment, land or other
( your/ fathers , whichever is applicable).
- Details of family monthly income.
- Tax documents, including copies of property assessment
forms, income tax etc of the last 3 years.
- Independent evidence of sponsors ability to pay for
the visit and to provide support and accommodation during
your stay in the country. An overseas sponsor must provide
documents showing the availability of funds in respective
currency to cover the cost of living in that country.
- Fathers ID card/ Passport (if any)
- Affidavit of Support from your father/ guardian/ sponsor
- Documentation to demonstrate that you have the intention
to leave the country after completion of studies.
Students encountering any difficulties with their visa application
should contact the College for further advice and assistance.
Application for Admission
Candidates must fill in, with their own handwriting, an Application
Form provided by the College / Overseas Admission Representative
(may be downloaded and printed from website) after reading
the rules and regulations of the College. All documents needed
must be submitted along with the admission application form
for which a list will be provided to the students.
An incomplete application or unclear photocopies of documents,
incomplete required attachments, may delay the processing
of an application for admission.
Letter of Acceptance
After the satisfactory processing of application, the Admission
Office of the College will issue a Letter of Acceptance to
the student.
Letter of Enrolment/Visa Support Letter
The letter will be issued to the International Students upon
deposit of a Demand Draft of the complete tuition fee of the
desired course, from a reputed bank.
